The Beach

In the holidays I went to the beach.  When we got to the beach we had a swim.  

During Lent

Today I am going to have kind hands.  I have a job to do at playtime.  My job is to look after the Room 2 children who are younger than me.

Estherose, Sulia, Madelyn, Jamie and Nino are watering our bean seeds because seeds need water to grow.

Madelyn, Willietony, Estherose and Frances are talking about planting and growing our watercress seeds.

Willietony is watering our watercress seeds because seeds need water to grow.  We hope that our seeds will grow bigger and bigger.

The Beach

In the holidays I went to the beach with my mama and my dad, and my cousin Paul.  I swam in the sea.  It felt nice and fresh.  Next I played in the sand by myself.  Later I went home with my family.  I had a lovely time.

Going To Church

Today I went to church at St Patrick's Church because it is Friday and it is the beginning of the school year.  We walked to church with the whole school.

The Holidays

In the holidays I played with my PS4 with my brothers and sisters.  My brothers names are Peter, Vaughn, Jony and Junior Toa John.  We played Minecraft on my PS4.  Then we  built houses.  First we got wood to build our houses.  Our houses had two rooms.  I wanted to build my house by myself.  I had a lovely time and I want to be a builder when I grow up.

The Beach

In the holidays my family and I went to the beach.  First we ate lunch at the beach.  Then we swam in the sea.  It felt warm and I like it.  

I dived under the water and I held my breath.  Then my dad took me to the deep water.  It felt cold but a little part was very warm.  We found beautiful shells in the water.  We took our shells home.  I like going to the beach.

Helping Others During Lent

During Lent I am going to help other people in several ways.  Firstly I am going to help Laura and Justin to speak in Samoan because they want to learn.  

Secondly I am going to help Mikey to look after God's creations because God gave them to us to look after.  

Thirdly I am going to help my little brother Jackson by giving him his bottle.  

Fourthly I am going to help my teacher by cleaning our classroom.  

Fifthly I am going to help myself by looking after our common home because it is nice for all of us to have a tidy home.  

Lastly I am going to help the Room 2 people by teaching them not to throw the bark in the playground at each other.  I am going to teach them that this is important because it may get in the eyes and their hair.

On Saturday

On Saturday my family and I went to my auntie Niva's place.  When we got there we played video games.  We played Batman, Justice Leagues, Fortnight and Gta.  Batman is my favourite game because it has got jets and upgrades.

Next we ate lunch.  We ate pork, chicken, potato salad and taro.  Taro is my favourite food because it tastes good and it will make me strong and healthy.

After that we watched the movie called The Lorax.  We only watched half of the movie.  Later we went home.  I had a glorious time at my auntie's house.

Lent

During Lent I am going to help my mum by cleaning the backyard.

Rotorua

In the holidays my family and I went to Rotorua.  In Rotorua I went in the pool.  The pool was nice and warm.  I dived under the water.  After I had swam in the pool my family and I bought a smoothie.  I had a strawberry smoothie.  It tasted delicious.  Later we went home to Auckland.  I had an excellent time.

St Patrick's Church

Today I went to St Patrick's Church with the whole school because it is the first Friday of the school year.  We walked to church.  

At church we sang perfectly to  God.  We prayed with a lovely voice and genuflected nicely to God because God loves us.  We listened quietly to Father Andrew talk to us and read from the bible.  I had a wonderful time at church.

Going to Australia

In the holidays I went to Australia with my family.  We stayed in a very big place with lots of people.  There was a swimming pool at the place.  I went swimming in the pool because it was warm.

One day I went to Sea World with my two brothers and my Mum.  I saw some mermaids.  They were swimming in the pool with sharks.  I felt afraid for the mermaids because I thought the sharks would eat them.

I also saw some sting rays.  They were flat like a saucer with a sting for a tail.  I touched the side of the sting ray and it felt slimy.  Sea World is a nice place to visit.  I had an exciting time.

Lent

During Lent I am going to clean my bedroom. That will make my mum happy.
