In The Holidays

In the holidays I celebrated my brother’s superhero 5^th happy birthday.  My brother’s name is Jacob.  We went to Bounce and Beyond entertainment centre. 

My mum said, “First we will put the Happy Meals out”, and she did.  We had to wait to eat our Happy Meals until my brother had put on his costume.  Next the rest of us put our costumes on.  I was Super Girl.  My brother was Flash.  My sister was Spider Girl.  My cousin Gloria dressed up as Wonder Girl.

After that the little kids sat down and my brother Jacob did his dance, for his birthday.  Then we opened our Happy Meals and we ate them.  They tasted yum. 

Later that day I played with my brother and cousin.  We played on the Bouncy Castle and finally we packed all of our things.  We took the presents back home. 

When we got back home my brother opened one present.  It was a toy gun with sling shots.  Then he opened all of his presents.  He was really happy with his presents and I had a terrific day too.

Going To Q Rabbit With My Family

On the weekend I went to Q Rabbit with my family to celebrate my cousin Sam’s birthday.  My cousin Sam turned 1 year old.  There was my mum, dad, older sister, three brothers and my brother’ Joe’s girlfriend.

It was a super hero birthday.  This means that we all had to come dressed up as our favourite super hero.  I didn’t dress up because I didn’t want to be a super hero.  My nephew and my younger brother dressed up.  My younger brother is called Jacob and my nephew is called Isaac.  Jacob dressed up as an Ironman and Isaac was dressed up as Spiderman.

One of the activities at Q Rabbit is face painting.  The lady painted my face as a blue and purple fairy.  She put some white stars on my cheeks.  When she had finished I looked pretty.

Then I went on the big slide.  It was big and high.  I slid down very fast and I screamed aaahhhhhh!  I went down with Jacob and Isaac.  They squealed like girls and their noise hurt my ears.  It was lots of fun.

Next we played with guns and pink balls.  We had to shoot the pink balls at other people.  I shot at my nephew and my younger brother.  They yelled aaaahhhhh!  Then they got angry at me and shot me.  I yelled ow!  The two boys laughed at me.  After that we ate pizza, and chicken and chips.

I like going to Q Rabbit with my family.  We all love it and we had lots of fun.

My Sleep Over

In the holidays I slept over at Gloria’s house.  Gloria is my cousin.  First we went to the $2 Shop together.  At the $2 shop we bought a Frozen pencil case.  Then I asked my Mum if I could sleep over at Gloria’s house.  My Mum said, “Yes”. 

At night Gloria’s brother kept waking us up.  His name is Kep.  Then we went into the lounge to see Victoria.  Victoria is Gloria’s baby sister.  She is a happy baby and very cute.  She is little. 

After that Gloria said, “Let’s go to sleep now”.  I said, “OK Gloria”.  The next day Gloria and I played together and we also played with Victoria.  I was happy playing with my friends.

Thank you Holy Spirit

Thank you Holy Spirit for the joyful times in my life.  My family and I had a joyful time when my brother’s baby girl was born.  She was born on the 12^th of January 2014 at the hospital. 

After she left the hospital my brother, his girlfriend and their son Isaac brought their new baby to our house.   We saw her at our home and we named her Nia Vave.  She was cute and little.  She smiled up at me.  They stayed at our house for two weeks.  My mum bought a bed for her and some baby clothes to wear. 

After two weeks Nia went to live at her own house with her mum and dad.  They all come to visit us often.  I like having them come to visit us.

Happy Mother’s Day

On Sunday I went to church with my family.  At church we all celebrated Mother’s Day.  We sang church songs and then we said prayers.

When church was finished we went to the hall to do our dance for Mother’s Day.  I made a speech.  In my speech I said that I could bring my mum some flowers and some gifts but that nothing in the world could show the love that we all have for her, and how much we all care for her.  Then I wished my Mum a happy Mother’s Day.  My Mum gave me hugs and kisses. 

Cinderella

In the holidays I went to the movies with my 2 aunties and 5 of my cousins.  We went to see Cinderella.  When we got to the movies my aunty paid for our tickets. 

The movie was about Cinderella and Prince Charming.  At the beginning of the movie Cinderella was born and then she grew up.  She had animal friends.  She lived with her Mum and Dad.  She was happy.

In the second part of the movie Cinderella went to sleep, her Mum died and then her Dad looked after Cinderella.  Later her Dad remarried and Cinderella lived with her Stepmother and Stepsisters.  They were all mean to her.  When she was going to the ball with them they ripped her Mother’s dress.

Then her Fairy God Mother helped her to go to the ball.  At the ball she danced with Prince Charming.  At the end of the movie Cinderella and Prince Charming got married and lived happily ever after. 

I liked the movie about Cinderella because she got to wear a pretty blue dress and a pretty pink dress.

The Sleepover

In the holidays my brother and his family came for a sleepover at my house.  There was my brother, his girlfriend and their kids.  One of the kids is a boy.  His name is Isaac and he is 3 years old.  Isaac is my nephew.  His sister is called Nia and she is 1 year old.  She is still a baby.  Nia is my niece.

First we all watched my brothers’ movie about rugby.  Then we watched my nephews’ movie.  It was called Spiderman.  I missed some of the movie because I was brushing my sisters’ hair.  My sister is called Ana and she is 16 years old.

Next we watched my nieces’ movie.  It was called Frozen.  The main characters in the movie are Ona and Elsa.  They are princesses.  There are also 2 boys in the movie.  They are Prince Hans and Prince Christoff. 

After that we went to my gandma’s house and we ate some food.  Then we went back home and went to sleep.

Rugby League

Rugby League

Today we played Rugby League.  We played on the bottom court at school.  We had two coaches.  Their names were coach Matu and coach Paul.  First we played rock, paper, scissors, dragon.  I liked playing the dragon game the best because I got to run down the path. 

Next we played the game octopus.  I got to be a tagger.  I chased after Eliza and I tagged her. I ran very fast when I was a tagger.

After that we did some rugby kicking. We kicked the ball high into the sky. We did chip kicks, grub kicks and bomb kicks.  I liked the chip kick the best because it is like a rainbow.  I enjoyed playing rugby with coach Matu and coach Paul

My Family

My Family

In the holidays I mostly stayed at home.  One night my brother and his family came to stay for a sleepover.  My brother’s name is Sefo.  He came with his girlfriend.  She is called Seta.  Sefo brought my niece and nephew over too.  They are Sefo’s son and daughter.

My niece’s name is Nia.  She is named after my mum.  Nia is only little.  She is still a baby.  My nephew’s name is Isaac.  Isaac is only 2 years old.  He is still young.  He is younger than me. 

They all had a sleep over.  This was because it is going to be my brother’s birthday next week.   He is going to have a party.  It is going to be cool because all of my family are going to be there.
