My Birthday

In the holidays my family and I went to Rainbow’s End for my birthday.  First we went to the show.  It was a magic show.  A man was wearing a night costume and a girl was wearing a fairy costume.  They told the kids to come up onto the stage to do some cool dancing.  It was a dance competition.  At the end they had to choose 3 winners.  The winners were a girl, a teenage boy and me!  We all did cool dances and I won!  They also gave me a prize.  The prize was a colouring box.  Inside the colouring box there were some flash colouring sticks. 

Next we went on the Log ride with my dad.  We went inside the log and up the slide.  At the end we slid down the slide.  We also went inside a tunnel.  The tunnel was scary, and the rest of the ride was fun and exciting.  I had a great birthday at Rainbow’s End.

Daddy’s Birthday

In the holidays it was my Daddy’s birthday.  For Daddy’s birthday I gave him my card.  I had made the card myself.  I gave him my card.  He said, “Thank you Summer”, and he gave me a big hug. 

Later on my Mum and my sister came back from Aaron’s birthday party.  Aaron is my sister’s friend from Child’s Time Play School.  Then we all got ready to go to the movies at Sylvia Park.

The movie was called Inside Out.  The main character was called Riley.  It was a cool movie because there were some interesting characters inside Rily’s head.  They were called Joy, Sadness, Anger, Disgust and Fear.  They were the best people inside Riley’s head. 

When the movie was finished we went to Sylvia Park Mall to have dinner.  For dinner I had a mince and cheese pie, but the rest of my family had a burger each and a big cookie.  My pie was yum and my family said that their burgers and cookies were yum too. 

After eating we went to the shop to buy a big cake for Daddy’s birthday.  We bought Daddy a big chocolate cake.  Then we went home to eat the cake.  Later, while we ate the cake, we watched TV.  After watching TV we went to sleep.  That was the best day ever.  I hope someone in my family has a birthday in the next lot of holidays.

My Dad’s Work

In the holidays I went to my Dad’s work.  At work my Dad bought me some food.  He got me some doughnuts.  They tasted yum.  I helped my Dad do his work.  I like going with my Dad to his work.

Rainbows End

In the holidays I went to Rainbows End with my family.  First I went on the roller coaster.  It was fun.  Then I went to the Bingo game.  It was a hard game but it’s alright.  My Mum came too.  We played cooking together.  Mummy and I made pancakes.  They tasted yummy.  I also went to the Balling game with my family.  I bowled the ball into the cupboard.  I won the game!  It was a lot of fun.  I hope that I get to go to Rainbows End another time.

Auntie’s Birthday Party

In the holidays I went to my auntie Leka’s birthday party.  I went with my Mum and my cousins.  My cousins’ names are Patrick, Allen and Bethe.  First we wished auntie a happy birthday and she said thank you for coming.  Then she gave me a chocolate. 

My auntie Leka had a birthday cake.  It was a chocolate birthday cake.  We all ate the cake.  It tasted delicious.  We had a good time at my auntie Leka’s s birthday party.

My Sleep Over

In the holidays I slept over at Gloria’s house.  Gloria is my cousin.  First we went to the $2 Shop together.  At the $2 shop we bought a Frozen pencil case.  Then I asked my Mum if I could sleep over at Gloria’s house.  My Mum said, “Yes”. 

At night Gloria’s brother kept waking us up.  His name is Kep.  Then we went into the lounge to see Victoria.  Victoria is Gloria’s baby sister.  She is a happy baby and very cute.  She is little. 

After that Gloria said, “Let’s go to sleep now”.  I said, “OK Gloria”.  The next day Gloria and I played together and we also played with Victoria.  I was happy playing with my friends.

Doing Science

In the holidays I played with my brother.  His name is Shivay.  He is older than I am, but we get to go to the same school.  We did some Science together.  We made a 3D swimming pool.  We made it out of paper and we used a little bit of water. 

We also used different coloured markers and paint.  We squeezed the paint onto the brush.  The markers were green, yellow, blue, pink and red.  When it was finished we looked at it through 3D glasses.  It looked different using the 3D glasses.
